Katie is a Chartered Town Planner with over a decade of experience advising on complex, large-scale developments and nuanced sites across the UK. Known for her clear communication, sharp strategic thinking and strong understanding of planning policy and law, Katie has guided everything from residential towers to mixed-use regeneration projects through the planning process.
At Hex Land Partners, Katie leads the planning strategy, bringing calm confidence to every stage of land promotion. Her approach is thorough, collaborative, and always tailored to the unique qualities of each site and landowner.

Dominic Flynn

Dominic brings a wealth of commercial experience in development feasibility, project management and delivery. He is also an expert in assessing site constraints and obtaining necessary environmental permits and approvals.
With a background in project management, environmental consultancy and a hands-on understanding of the property lifecycle, he ensures that every site promoted by Hex is market-ready and attractive to buyers. Dominic is the primary contact for landowners and developers, ensuring strong market alignment and maximum value for each landowner partnership.
