We also partner with small to medium sized developers needing ready-to-build sites, which allows us to tailor applications to developer needs, and connect the right landowners, with the right developer.

Who we are

We’re Katie Daniels and Dominic Flynn, a husband-and-wife team with a combined 25+ years in planning consultancy and development strategy.

After many years working in UK planning, we founded Hex Land Partners to do things differently. We work closely with landowners and developers to unlock land value through smart planning and genuine partnership. No jargon, no inflated promises, just clear advice and a strong focus on outcomes.

We’ve helped secure planning permission on a wide range of sites, from edge-of-settlement plots to major urban developments. Our approach is strategic, practical and highly personal, because we believe good planning relies on trust, not templates.

For landowners, we act as planning partners, shouldering the cost and complexity, advancing your site, and sharing in the reward, meaning our interests are always aligned. For developers, we can help you find your next shovel ready development; or offer commercial advice to help shape deliverable planning strategies on your next site.
