We’re Katie Daniels and Dominic Flynn, a husband-and-wife team with a combined 25+ years in planning consultancy and development strategy.
After many years working in UK planning, we founded Hex Land Partners to do things differently. We work closely with landowners and developers to unlock land value through smart planning and genuine partnership.
We’ve helped secure planning permission on a wide range of sites, from edge-of-settlement plots to major urban developments. Our approach is strategic, practical and highly personal, because we believe good planning relies on trust.
